31-year old transgender woman Ayla Smith from the Isle of Skye claims to have Scotland’s biggest breasts after spending £180,000 (about $244,000) to transform her body into this:
The Silver Seal Café owner and professional glamour model currently has enormous 2800cc breast implants, but is planning to increase them to 3000cc.
But before that, Ayla is booked to spend a further £10,000 ($13,500) on a well needed full-face transformation, including a “Barbie nose” and facelift.
So far, Ayla has done 18 operations, including forehead reconstruction, an eye bone shave, a nose job, lip lift, two jaw shaves, chin surgery, an Adam’s apple shave, veneers, six breast operations and gender reassignment surgery. All in the pursuit of becoming a ‘living doll’.
“But it’s all part of the life. If anything, they help me in the café.”
